摘 要:转弯制动工况是拖挂式房车比较常见的工况,为了分析其在转弯制动工况下的行驶稳定性,建立了某种型号的牵引车-拖挂式房车的多体动力学模型,通过实车蛇行穿越实验对所建立模型的准确性进行验证。仿真分析在转弯制动工况下房车的整车质量、质心位置等结构参数对房车行驶稳定性的影响,结果表明减小拖挂式房车的质量、增加轮胎的侧偏刚度、减小质心的高度、减小质心到铰接点的距离都有利于提高拖挂式房车在转弯制动工况下的行驶稳定性。The braking in turn is a common condition of the towing trailer.In order to analyze the driving stability of the towing trailer under the turning and braking conditions,a multi-body dynamic model of a certain type of tractor-trailer was established.The meandering test of the real vehicle was performed to verify the accuracy of the model.The influence of the mass of the trailer and the center of mass position on the driving stability of the towing trailer under the turning braking conditions were analyzed.The analysis results show that reducing the mass of the towing trailer,increasing the lateral stiffness of the tire,reducing the height of the mass center,and reducing the distance from the center of mass to the traction point are conducive to improving the driving stability performance of the trailer under cornering braking conditions.
