摘 要:针对某打浆机侧传动系统齿轮组所存在的严重偏载现象,采用齿轮微观修形的方式,利用Romax研究了齿轮单侧齿端修薄、双侧齿端修薄、鼓形修整及各方法修形量对齿轮偏载的改善情况。仿真结果表明,各种修形方法在合理的修形量范围内都能够改善齿轮偏载现象,但对齿轮啮合错位量几乎没有改善。在此基础上,得出该机器出现偏载现象主要是由轴的弯曲刚度不足引起。通过增加机器传动轴的弯曲刚度,结合鼓形修整,可得到较为理想的齿向载荷分布。In view of the severe eccentric load existing in the gear set of the side drive system of a beater,the microscopic gear modification was used to overcome the problem.Using Romax,the improvement of gear eccentric load by single-sided tooth end thinning,double-sided tooth end thinning,drum dressing and various methods of dressing amount was studied.The simulation results show that various modification methods can improve the gear eccentric load within a reasonable modification amount,but there is almost no improvement on the gear meshing misalignment.On this basis,it is concluded that the eccentric load of the machine is mainly caused by the insufficient bending stiffness of the shaft.By increasing the bending stiffness of the machine drive shaft,combined with the drum-shaped dressing,the ideal tooth load distribution is obtained.
