摘 要:齿槽转矩会造成振动与噪声、电机控制精度低等问题,故有必要削弱电机的齿槽转矩。通过研究分析内置V型PMSM齿槽转矩的产生机理,分析与齿槽转矩有重要影响的气隙磁密谐波,提出了改变单极V型磁极宽度及V型磁极夹角角度,其它磁极不变以削弱齿槽转矩的方法。研究了不同磁极宽度及不同夹角角度对齿槽转矩的影响,对比分析了改变单极磁极与磁极未变化时对齿槽转矩、气隙磁密、平均转矩以及转矩波动的影响。The cogging torque may cause problems such as vibration and noise,low motor control accuracy,so it is necessary to weaken the cogging torque of the motor.Through the research and analysis of the cogging torque generation principle of the interior V-type PMSM,and the analysis of the air gap flux density harmonics that have an important influence on the cogging torque.A method was proposed to weaken the cogging torque by changing the single V-type magnetic pole width and the single V-type magnetic pole angle,while the other magnetic poles remain unchanged.The effects of different magnetic pole widths and angles on the cogging torque were studied,and the effects of changing single magnetic pole and unchanged magnetic pole on the cogging torque,the air gap flux density,the average torque and the torque fluctuations were compared and analyzed.
