摘 要:针对传统两相4/2结构开关磁阻电机存在转矩死区而无法自起动的问题,提出了一种新型锥形转子结构的开关磁阻电机。首先建立了传统转子结构和锥形转子结构的两相开关磁阻电机静态有限元模型,分别对两种结构开关磁阻电机的电感特性、静态转矩特性进行了对比分析。优化了锥形转子的偏心半径,得到了锥形转子的最优尺寸参数。仿真结果表明所设计锥形4/2结构开关磁阻电机没有转矩死区,具有自起动能力,平均电磁转矩符合高速烘干机的设计要求。最后试制了样机,搭建了控制系统的软硬件平台,进行了样机试验,实测结果验证了设计和控制方案的有效性。In order to solve the problem that traditional two-phase 4/2 high-speed switched reluctance motor(SRM)can’t start automatically due to torque dead zone,a new SRM with conical rotor structure was proposed.Firstly,the static finite element models of two-phase SRM with traditional rotor and conical rotor structure were established,and the inductance characteristics and static torque characteristics of the two SRMs were compared and analyzed.The eccentricity radius of the conical rotor was optimized,and the simulations results show that the two-phase SRM with conical rotor has no torque dead zone,and has self-starting ability.The average electromagnetic torque of the motor meets the design requirements of high-speed dryer.Finally,the prototype was manufactured,the hardware and software platform of the control system was built,and the prototype test was carried out,and the actual measurement results verified the effectiveness of the design and control scheme.
