江苏省高等院校教育经费配置绩效的现状分析

摘　　要：近年来,我国各地不同级别的教育经费投入大幅增加,各项指标也得到不断的优化。通过选择全国的教育强省——江苏省作为研究对象,从公共教育支出占GDP的比重、生均投入和生均经费指数三个指标入手,以不同角度剖析了江苏省高等院校教育经费投入配置的现状。研究表明,江苏省的公共教育支出占GDP的比重与生均教育经费指数均低于全国水平,揭示了目前江苏省经费配置效率依旧存在的问题,最后从完善教育经费投入机制等角度入手,提出了一些有效提升教育经费配置绩效的合理举措。In recent years,investment in education at different levels of China has increased significantly,and various indicators have been continuously optimized.This paper selects Jiangsu Province as the research object,and analyzes the current situation of the allocation of education funds in colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province from three indicators:the proportion of public education expenditure in GDP,the per student investment and the per student expenditure index.The research shows that the proportion of public education expenditure in GDP and the per student education expenditure index of Jiangsu Province are lower than the national level.It reveals the existing problems in the funds allocation efficiency of Jiangsu Province.Finally,from the perspective of improving the investment mechanism of education funds,it puts forward some reasonable measures to effectively improve the performance of education funds allocation.
