摘　　要：科研创新能力作为研究生需要具备的核心能力,在提高科研创新水平和研究水平、提升学生就业竞争力以及满足用人单位需求方面的作用日益突出,“第二课堂”作为高校开展学生教育的重要形式,经研究发现,对研究生科研创新能力有显著的正向影响。为提高研究生的科研创新能力,提出学院应重视“第二课堂”活动的开展,鼓励学生的积极参与,并将“第二课堂”与“第一课堂”密切联系。As the core ability for postgraduates,the ability of scientific research and innovation plays an increasingly important role in improving the level of scientific research and innovation,enhancing the employment competitiveness of students,and meeting the needs of employers.As an important form of student education in colleges and universities,the second classroom has a significant positive influence on the scientific research and innovation ability of postgraduates.In order to improve the scientific research and innovation ability of postgraduates,it is suggested that the college should pay attention to the development of the second classroom activities,encourage students'active participation,and closely link the second classroom with the first classroom.
