摘　　要：通过对5G消息以及聊天机器人的功能特性及架构的研究,基于现有5G消息业务系统的架构,提出了一套聊天机器人用户评价系统的建设方案。通过该方案可建设一套贯通终端、5G消息网络以及5G消息业务平台的用户评价系统,帮助用户将对聊天机器人的评价信息提交到5G消息业务平台,5G消息业务平台将用户评价信息作为聊天机器人的信息提供给终端用户浏览。Through the research of 5G messaging and Chatbot's functional characteristics and architecture,it puts forward a set of construction scheme of Chatbot user evaluation system based on the existing 5G messaging service system architecture.Through the scheme,a set of user evaluation functions that runs through the terminal,5G messaging network and 5G messaging service platform can be built,which can help users submit the evaluation information of Chatbot to 5G messaging service platform,and 5G messaging service platform provides the user evaluation information as the information of Chatbot for terminal users to browse.
