摘  要:新材料和难加工材料的发展对金属加工制造提出更高的要求,如何在加工时更环保有效地使用刀具、保持加工精度和减小误差成为当前亟代解决的问题。本文论述了影响刀具磨损的因素、不同磨损机理以及刀具磨损模型的研究,总结了切削加工时影响切削界面温度、切削力的因素以及测量方法,并对刀具磨损的研究现状进行了归纳,指出了刀具磨损研究的发展趋势。With development of new and difficult-to-cut materials, higher requirements are placed on metal cutting.The targets of more environmentally friendly and effective use of cutting tools, maintaining processing accuracy and reducing errors have become important issues to be resolved in cutting process.The factors affecting cutting tool wear, the wear mechanisms and cutting tool wear models are discussed.Meanwhile, the factors affecting the cutting interface temperature, cutting force and measurement methods are also summarized.The research status of cutting tool wear is summarized, and the development trend of the research on cutting tool wear is pointed out.
