摘  要:为在外圆零件表面磨削出筋条表面结构,基于蜗杆砂轮磨齿原理,提出了绕丝砂轮磨削外圆筋条表面的加工方法。根据绕丝砂轮模型建立了砂轮磨削工件的轨迹方程,分析了筋条表面的成形机理,通过仿真验证绕丝砂轮磨削外圆筋条表面的可行性,得到了磨削参数对筋条表面成形的影响规律。结果表明:在大于临界磨削形态下,当砂轮与工件的转速比ps一定时,筋条单元的凹槽宽度与磨削深度呈正相关;当磨削深度ap一定时,筋条单元的凹槽宽度与转速比ps呈正相关。In order to grind the riblet surface in the cylindrical surface, based on the principle of gear grinding by the worm wheel, a method for grinding the surface of cylindrical riblets with a wheel wound by diamond wire saw is proposed.According to the established model of the wheel, the trajectory equation of workpiece grinding with the wheel is established, and the generating mechanism of the riblet surface is analyzed.The feasibility of grinding the surface of cylindrical riblets with the wheel is verified by simulation.When the riblet surface is generated, the effect of grinding parameters on the formation of the riblet surface is obtained.The results show that, under the grinding state above the critical condition, when the speed ratio ps of the wheel and the workpiece is constant, the groove width of the riblet unit is positively related to the grinding depth ap;when the grinding depth ap is constant, the groove width of the riblet unit is positively related to the speed ratio ps.
