摘　　要：介绍了安全智能管控系统在鞍钢炼焦总厂的开发与应用,投运后实现了操作牌电子化和信息化管理,对检修设备的停送电实施监控管理,避免了传统实牌形式存在的诸多危险,实现了检修和生产作业的本质安全。Introduction is made to the development and application of intelligent type management and control system in General Coking Plant of Ansteel,including informatization management for the operator ID card after the system put into operation,surveillance management for energization/de-energization of the equipment in maintenance so that potential risks of the conventional ID cards can be avoided and intrinsic safety in operation and maintenance can be realized.
