加快推进厦漳泉金三角城际化研究——基于十四五及中长期规划的视角

摘　　要：厦漳泉金三角是我国东南沿海重要的经济门户,也是福建省社会经济发展至关重要的核心区。2010年福建省委省政府提出厦漳泉都市圈以及2011年厦漳泉同城化规划获国务院批准以来,其发展更是瞩目,但当前发展与预期成效尚有一定的差距。综合运用文献资料收集法和质性研究等方法,结合厦漳泉城市在“十四五”及其远景规划等情况,探讨分析其发展现状、优势异同及其趋势展望。研究表明,在历经“十年磨一剑”之后,厦漳泉城际化理念及其发展战略更加深入人心,更有利于三市求同存异合力同行,并将在“十四五”期间迎来实质性加速发展的美好时期,为我国的区域经济发展注入新的更大的动力。Xiamen Zhangzhou Quanzhou golden triangle is not only an important economic gateway in the southeast coast of China,but also an important region for the social and economic development of Fujian Province.Since the Xiamen Zhangzhou Quanzhou metropolitan area was proposed by Fujian provincial Party committee and government in 2010 and approved by the State Council in 2011,its development has attracted more attention,but there is still a certain gap between the current development and the expected results.Using the methods of literature collection and qualitative research,combined with the"fourteenth five year plan"and its long-term planning of Xiamen,Zhangzhou and Quanzhou City,this paper discusses and analyzes the development status,advantages,differences and trends of Xiamen,Zhangzhou and Quanzhou City.The research shows that after"ten years of sharpening one sword",the concept and development strategy of Xiamen Zhangzhou spring intercity will be more deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,which is more conducive to the three cities seeking common ground while reserving differences and working together.It will usher in a beautiful period of substantial accelerated development during the"fourteenth five year plan",and inject new and greater power and demonstration into China's regional economic development.
