环保型社会企业可持续发展路径研究——以Rubicon为例

摘　　要：随着我国国民经济水平的提高,工业化与城市化进程不断加快,同时,环境污染问题也不断加剧。近年来,在环境问题以及社会力量、国外经验的多重推动下,社会多元主体的环保意识不断加强,国内越来越多的社会企业开始致力于解决环境问题,环保型社会企业也逐渐成为学者的研究前沿。社会企业兼顾商业目标和社会目标,不追求利润最大化,以解决社会问题为使命。但我国社会企业发展仍处于起步阶段,相比欧美、日韩等国家发展相对落后,因此面临可持续发展的挑战。本文以Rubicon为案例,以探讨其产品服务、技术创新、社会价值和商业价值实现等方面的可持续发展战略,旨在为国内环保型社会企业的可持续发展提供借鉴。With the improvement of China’s national economy, the process of industrialization and urbanization is accelerating, and the problem of environmental pollution is also increasing. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, environmental issues have been paid more and more attention by the government, and the awareness of environmental protection of social diverse subjects has been continuously strengthened. In recent years, driven by environmental problems, social forces and foreign experiences,more and more domestic social enterprises have begun to solve environmental problems, and environmentalfriendly social enterprises have gradually become the research frontier of scholars. Social enterprises take into account both business goals and social goals, do not pursue profit maximization, and take solving social problems as their mission. However, the development of social enterprises in China is still in the initial stage, which is relatively backward compared with countries such as Europe, America, Japan and South Korea, so it faces the challenge of sustainable development. Taking Rubicon as an example, this paper discusses its sustainable development strategy in terms of product service, technological innovation, social value and commercial value realization, aiming at providing reference for the sustainable development of domestic social enterprises.
