摘　　要：Raphael Lemkin,the Polish-Jewish lawyer who coined the word"genocide"and initiated the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide,the first human rights treaty adopted by the UN to prevent the recurrence of the atrocities of World War II,would turn in his grave to see"genocide"being bandied around so crassly to drum up Sinophobia.
