儿科协商引导式分段目标管理实践

摘　　要：目的观察协商引导式分段目标管理在儿科中的应用效果。方法我院儿科于2019年7—12月实施协商引导式分段目标管理活动,2019年1—6月设为实施前,2019年7—12月设为实施后,对实施前后的各观察指标进行比较。结果实施后护理操作失误率、护患纠纷率、护士内部纠纷发生率显著低于实施前,文章发表数量、护士对护理管理模式满意度评分、患儿家长护理满意率显著高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论将协商引导式分段目标管理模式应用于儿科护理管理之中,可显著提升管理目标的达成效果,护士与患儿家长均对该管理模式满意度较高。Objective To observe the application effect of consultation-guidance-segmentation target management in department of pediatrics.Methods Consultation-guidance-segmentation target management was implemented in the department of pediatrics from July to December 2019.The implementation effect before(from January to June 2019)and after the implementation(from July to December 2019)was compared.Results Nursing operation error rate,nurse-patient dispute rate,and the incidence of nurse internal disputes were significantly lower than those before the implementation.More articles were published and nurses were more satisfied with the nursing management,and the rate of parents’satisfaction with children’s care was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Consultation-guidance-segmention target management in department of pediatrics is effective for achieving management goal.Both nurses and parents of children are highly satisfied with the management model.
