摘 要:以C-Mn-Si系冷轧马氏体钢为研究对象,通过光学电镜、扫描电镜及透射电镜对不同水淬入口温度的试验钢进行组织观察,研究分析不同水淬入口温度对马氏体钢微观组织及力学性能的影响。试验发现,水淬入口温度直接影响成品带钢的马氏体生成量,随着水淬入口温度的升高,马氏体生成量增加,屈服强度及抗拉强度升高,延伸率降低。不同水淬入口温度下试验钢拉伸试样均为韧性断裂,750℃时可得到组织为全马氏体的马氏体钢,抗拉强度可达到1500 MPa以上。Taking the C-Mn-Si cold-rolled martensitic steel as the research object,the microstructures of the test steels with different inlet temperatures for water quenching were observed by optical electron microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy.Then the effects of different inlet temperatures for water quenching on microstructures and mechanical properties of martensitic steels were studied and analyzed.It was found that the inlet temperatures for water quenching directly affected the generated quantity of martensite in finished steel strips.As the inlet temperatures for water quenching increased,the amount of martensite generated increased and the yield strength and tensile strength also increased,but the elongation decreased.Tensile specimens of the steels tested under different inlet temperatures for water quenching were in entirely ductile fracture.So at 750℃,the martensitic steel with the microstructure composed of all martensitic structure could be obtained,whose tensile strength could reach up to more than 1500 MPa.
