摘 要:针对传统板坯重力夹钳吊具夹持板坯长度受限的问题,分析了其结构及工作能力,确定了功能受限的主要原因。研制了新型板坯重力夹钳吊具,可以实现吊运不同长度规格的钢坯功能。而且该吊具具有结构简单、维护使用方便、故障率低等优点。With regard to the problem that the hoisting tool to the traditional gravity clamp for gripping slabs was constrained by different lengths of slabs,the structure and operating capacity of the clap were analyzed and then the main reasons leading to its functional limitation were determined.After that,the new type hoisting tool was developed.By use of the new hoisting tool,slabs with different length specification could be hoisted and transported.The new hoisting tool has such advantages as simple structure,being convenient for maintenance and operation as well as low failure rate.
