摘  要:介绍了HRC型接触澄清池的工作原理和技术优势。针对鞍钢西大沟污水处理系统澄清池出水水质不稳定的问题,分析了影响其运行的关键因素。通过开展澄清池运行参数优化试验、药剂投加方案优化试验,得出提高澄清池污泥回流比和药剂投加适配度能够改善澄清池处理效果,从而提高澄清池运行效率。The working principle and technical advantages in terms of the HRC contact-type clarifier were introduced.In allusion to the problem that the quality of water from the clarifier to the sewage treatment system in Xidagou of Ansteel was unstable,the key factors affecting the operation of the system were analyzed.Depending on the optimization test of operating parameters for the clarifier and the optimization test of the decontamination reagent plan for adding or throwing into the clarifier,it was concluded that increasing the reflux ratio of sludge in clarifier and adaptability of dosing reagent into the clarifier could improve the treatment effect by clarifier,and thus increased the operation efficiency of the clarifier.
