摘 要:双三相感应电动机在容错前后和故障运行时的电磁力会产生电磁转矩并使电机产生振动噪声。为了研究电磁力对电机的影响,依据有限元磁场分析和麦克斯韦张量法,计算双三相感应电机在额定、缺相、容错时的切向电磁力密度及径向电磁力密度,并进行频谱分析,对比和总结变化规律。同时,通过对比电磁转矩的有限元分析结果及样机试验,验证电磁力密度计算方法的准确性。并对整台双三相感应电机进行电机固有频率分析,并通过电机试验,从而验证电机振动噪声的合理性。此方法与结果为同类电机的电磁力计算提供了借鉴,具有重要的理论和实际意义。The electromagnetic force of double three-phase asynchronous induction motor before and after fault tolerance and during fault operation will produce electromagnetic torque and vibration noise.In order to analyze the influence of electromagnetic force on the motor,the tangential electromagnetic force density and radial electromagnetic force density of double three-phase induction motor at rated,phase-absent and fault-tolerant conditions are calculated by combining finite element magnetic field analysis and Maxwell tensor method,and the frequency spectrum analysis is carried out to compare and summarize the variation law.Simultaneously,by comparing the finite element analysis results of electromagnetic torque and prototype test,the accuracy of the calculation method of electromagnetic force density is verified,and the natural frequency of the whole double three-phase induction motor is analyzed,and passed the motor test,so as to verify the rationality of the motor for vibration and noise.The analysis method and results of electromagnetic force provide a reference for the calculation of electromagnetic force of similar motors,and have important theoretical and practical significance.
