摘 要:针对采用柔性直流输电异步联网后,交流联络线N-2故障跳开形成换流站近区局域电网孤岛运行方式下系统存在的频率稳定问题及其特性进行了分析。在给出联网转孤岛详细稳控措施的基础上,选取频率问题最突出的方式对频率暂态特性展开研究,梳理其主要的影响因素,并对切机措施与柔直功率紧急控制进行了对比分析。分析表明切机与功率紧急控制都能有效提高孤岛系统的稳定性,但在改善频率暂态特性效果方面,切机要优于功率紧急控制。最后,以渝鄂背靠背柔性直流工程为算例,搭建电磁暂态仿真模型进行了验证,并据此提出了保障联网转孤岛稳定运行的交流联络线预控范围。The frequency stability problem and frequency transient characteristics of the system under the island operation mode formed by AC tie-line N-2 faults are analyzed after the power grid is evolved into an asynchronous interconnection using VSC-HVDC.The most serious case of frequency problem is selected to study the transient characteristics and to clarify the main influencing factors,on the basis of giving detailed stability control measures from grid-connected to island operation.The comparison between generator tripping and power emergency control is analyzed,and the result shows that both of the two strategies can effectively improve the stability of the island system,but the generator tripping is superior to the power emergency control in improving the frequency transient characteristics.Finally,the electromagnetic transient simulation model of Chongqing-Hubei back-to-back VSC-HVDC project was built as an example to verify the conclusion,and the pre-control range of the AC tie line for ensuring the stable operation was also proposed.
