摘　　要：作为腹膜内的器官之一,大网膜在保护腹膜腔环境中起重要作用。在大网膜中有一些特殊的先天免疫细胞,比如B1细胞和驻留巨噬细胞,这些细胞的存在可能归因于其独特的位置以及特有的大网膜基质细胞。但是,目前尚不清楚这些先天免疫细胞如何促进腹膜免疫。本综述总结了近年来本实验室以及其他相关大网膜先天免疫细胞的特征性研究,讨论了这些细胞在腹膜腔免疫反应中的作用。The great omentum is an intraperitoneal organ and plays an important role in protecting the environment of the peritoneal cavity.Several specialized innate immune cells including B1 cells and resident macrophages are found in the omentum,which may be attributed to the unique niche and its special stromal cells.However,it is not clear how these omental innate immune cells contribute to the peritoneal immunity.This review attempts to summarize the latest research on the omental innate immunity and discuss its involvement in the immune response of the peritoneal cavity.
