摘  要:转化生长因子-β1(transformed growth factor-beta 1,TGF-β1)是人体活性最强的促纤维化刺激因子之一,它广泛参与细胞增殖与分化的各种病理生理过程。作为伤口修复和组织再生的刺激物,TGF-β1在许多纤维化疾病的病理生理过程中发挥关键作用。瘢痕疙瘩是一种异于普通瘢痕的纤维增生性良性真皮肿瘤,其起源于皮肤的创伤,是组织愈合过程失调的结果。其特征在于真皮和皮下组织中存在成纤维细胞过度增生和细胞外基质(extracellular matrix,ECM),尤其是胶原蛋白的过度积累。在这个过程中,TGF-β1发挥着重要的调节作用。本文就TGF-β1影响调节瘢痕疙瘩的形成进行综述。Transformed growth factor-beta 1(TGF-β1)is one of the most active fibrosis stimulators in human body,and it is widely involved in various pathophysiological processes of cell proliferation and differentiation,and plays a key role in the pathophysiological process of many fibrosis diseases as an irritant for wound repair and tissue regeneration.Keloid is a kind of fibrous growth benign dermatology tumor which is different from ordinary scar,which originates from skin trauma and is the result of tissue healing process disorder.It is characterized by excessive growth of fibroblasts and extracellular substitlitic groups in the leather and subsurfic tissues,especially the excessive accumulation of collagen.In this process,TGF-β1 plays an important regulatory role.This review summerizes the influence of TGF-β1 on the regulation of keloid formation.
