摘  要:肾脏的主要功能是过滤血液并通过尿液排泄代谢废物,同时控制血液电解质和酸碱平衡。大量研究表明,雄激素-雄激素受体(androgen receptor,AR)调控途径不仅广泛参与生殖、细胞分化、生长发育和稳态维持等各个方面,在调节肾脏的结构与功能方面同样具有重要的作用。鉴于有关雄激素和AR对肾脏的结构或功能影响机制的相关研究比较丰富,本文重点归纳了雄激素与AR对肾脏的生长过程、肾脏的滤过作用、肾血管收缩以及对慢性肾病和肾细胞癌(renal cell carcinoma,RCC)进展的影响机制,旨在为深入研究人类肾脏的生长过程与功能机制提供参考。The primary function of the kidney is to filter blood and remove metabolic waste products via the urine,as well as to control blood electrolyte and acid-base balance.A large number of studies have shown that androgen-androgen receptor(AR)regulation pathway is widely involved in various aspects of reproduction,cell differentiation,growth and development and maintenance of homeostasis,and plays an important role in regulating the structure and function of the kidney.In view of the rich research on the mechanisms of androgen and AR effects on the structure and function of the kidney,this review summarizes the mechanisms of androgen and AR effects on renal development,renal filtration,renal vasoconstriction,and progression of chronic kidney disease and renal cell carcinoma(RCC).The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for further study on the mechanism of human kidney development and function.
