摘　　要：围绕2016-2020年中国科协对第九届全国代表大会代表的调研活动专项资助工作,梳理了国家和科协相关政策,通过与项目管理人员和实际承担课题代表的座谈调研等方式,总结了中国科协九大代表调研课题实施成效和良好经验,分析了专项资助项目实施过程中存在的问题及原因,提出了进一步对课题管理进行优化完善的对策建议,以期服务中国科协代表密切联系科技工作者、更好地履职尽责。As a bridge that links the Communist Party of China and the Chinese government with the country's science and technology community and with the fixed-term appointment of the representatives,the China Association for Science and Technology(CAST)carries out the Supported-Research Project for the Representatives of the 9th National Congress of the CAST during the period from 2016 to 2020.Through the project,the representatives can make deep studies and give more proposals for the development of our country and the CAST.This paper analyzes the effectiveness of the Supported-Research Project for the Representatives of the 9th National Congress of the CAST through the policy text analysis and the discussions with the project managers and the representatives,and the effectiveness of the project and the good experience are confirmed.Also,some deficiencies of the project and the reasons are analyzed,to support the proposals to improve the implementation of the project.
