摘　　要：2035年建成体育强国是党和国家对我国体育事业的战略定位。运用归纳逻辑、演绎逻辑、文献资料调研和访谈等方法,在回顾我国体育强国建设实践发展的基础上,对体育强国建设基本理论问题进行分析。认为,(1)我国体育强国建设历经3个阶段:以融入国际体育大家庭为主的体育强国建设阶段(1984—2000年),以体育大国建设为主的体育强国建设阶段(2001—2011年),以人民为中心的体育强国建设阶段(2012年至今);(2)国家性、时代性、引领性、人民性是体育强国的特征;(3)体育强国指以创新为主要驱动力,满足人民群众需要和社会主义现代化国家建设要求,发展水平处于世界一流的我国体育现代化状态,包括群众体育、竞技体育、体育产业、体育文化和体育对外交往等;(4)体育强国指标体系的概念框架由“获得人民满意”“满足国家需要”和“具备世界一流水平”3个二级指标构成;(5)构建体育强国建设路径概念模型,群众体育、竞技体育、体育产业、体育文化和体育对外交往在实现自身现代化过程中,通过获得人民满意、满足国家需要和具备世界一流水平等内容,实现体育强国建设目标。It is the strategic orientation of the Party and the state to build a strong sports nation in 2035.Inductive logic,deductive logic,literature research,interview methods were used to analyze the basis theoretical problems of the leading sports nation construction on the basis of sorting out the practice development of the leading sports nation construction.The leading sports nation construction has gone through three stages:taking the integration of international sports family as the principal thing(1984—2000);becoming the major sports country(2001—2011);focusing on people-centered(since 2012 to present);National,epochal,leading and peoplehood are the characteristics of the leading sports nation;The leading sports nation which refers to take innovation as the main driving force,meeting the people’s need and the requirements of the socialist modern country construction,and its development level should be in the world-class,mass sports,competitive sports,sports industry,sports culture and sports diplomacy are concluded;The conceptual framework of the index system of a leading sports nation consists of three secondary indicators:“meet the needs of the people”,“meet the needs of the country”and“with the worldclass level”.We constructs the concept model of the path for building a leading sports nation,in the process of modernization,mass sports,competitive sports,sports industry,sports culture and sports diplomacy could achieve the goal of building a leading sports nation by obtaining people’s satisfaction,meeting national needs and with world-class level.
