摘　　要："中国制造2025"加速了产业的技术和效益升级,激发了关联产业链的深度融合.组织际信息系统数据即服务(IOS-DaaS)的提出,致力于解决产业链数据资源的配置问题,是产业链升级和深度融合的重要体现,也是产业链部署创新链的举措.文章系统地回顾了IOS运作框架的相关理论基础及存在的问题;归纳总结IOS-DaaS运作模式的内容体系:IOS-DaaS资源体系、逻辑框架、运作方法、定价规则等;构建IOS-DaaS交易定价模型并仿真模拟.研究结果认为开展数字交易与定价,激活数字交易市场,应建立更加宽松的数字经济环境.对IOS-DaaS运作模式等基础理论问题的研究与建构,有助于发展IOS运作理论,解释了创新链布局产业链的动力来源,为企业探索IOS盈利创新、更好地实施"互联网+"提供思路."Made in China 2025"accelerated the upgrading of the technology and benefits of the industry and stimulated the deep integration of the related industry chain.The interorganizational information systems data-as-a-service(IOS-DaaS)is proposed to solve the problem of allocation of data resources in the industry chain,which is an important embodiment of the industrial chain upgrade and deep integration.And it is also a measure for industrial chain to deploy innovation chain.This paper systematically reviews the relevant theoretical basis and existing problems of the IOS operational framework,and summarizes the contents of the IOS-DaaS operating mode:IOS-DaaS resource system,logical framework,operating method,and pricing rule,and constructs IOS-DaaS transaction pricing model to simulate.The results show that a more relaxed digital economic environment should be established to carry out digital trading and pricing,to activate digital trading.The research and establishing of basic theoretical issues,such as IOS-DaaS operating mode,will help to develop IOS operation theory,and explain the power source of the innovation chain layout,and provide ideas for enterprises to explore IOS profit innovation and better implement"Internet plus".
