摘  要:为了解决实际生产中遇到的四通阀体在多向模锻成形中填充不满、冲头载荷大的问题,采用有限元软件DEFORM-3D对四通阀体的填充过程进行了数值仿真,通过模拟结果研究了水平冲头进给速度、垂直冲头进给速度以及坯料加热温度对锻件温度分布的影响。同时,为了获得最优参数,采用控制变量法研究了水平冲头进给速度、垂直冲头进给速度以及坯料加热温度对四通阀体质量的影响。研究结果表明:合理地选择冲头进给速度及坯料加热温度,可以避免锻件在成形过程中局部流速差过大或者温度分布不均匀,从而避免锻件在冷却过程中产生应力,有效地提高了锻件质量。最优热锻工艺参数为:水平冲头进给速度为7 mm·s^(-1),垂直冲头进给速度为18 mm·s^(-1),坯料加热温度为1050℃。In order to solve the problems of insufficient filling and heavy punch load in the multi-directional die forging of four-way valve body in actual production,the filling process of four-way valve body was simulated numerically by finite element software DEFORM-3 D,and the influences of feed speed of horizontal punch,feed speed of vertical punch and heating temperature of blank on the temperature distribution of forgings were studied through the simulation results.At the same time,in order to obtain the optimal parameters,the influences of the feed speed of horizontal punch,the feed speed of vertical punch and the heating temperature of blank on the quality of four-way valve body were studied by the control variable method.The results show that the reasonable choice of feed speed for punch and heating temperature of blank avoids the excessive difference of local velocity or uneven temperature distribution in the forming process of forgings,so as to avoid the generation of stress in the cooling process of forgings and effectively improve the quality of forgings.Thus,the optimal hot forging process parameters are obtained with the feed speed of horizontal punch for 7 mm·s^(-1),the feed speed of vertical punch for 18 mm·s^(-1),and the heating temperature of blank for 1050℃.
