摘 要:在板料拉深工艺中,压边装置对拉深工艺的优化及拉深件的质量有较大的影响。推导出拉深工艺中压边力与行程(拉深深度)的关系式,并根据该关系式设计了可优化拉深工艺的液压压边装置,该装置通过齿轮和齿条结构带动齿轮旋转改变泄压阀设定值来改变压边力,实现了压边力的动态控制;考虑到分块压边圈易造成工件在分块式压边圈接缝处产生凸痕缺陷的问题,设计了S型接缝。依据理论公式,设计了一种简单、实用的拉深压边装置,对于拉深工艺复杂的拉深件,可有效实现拉深中工件不同部位、不同阶段的压边力控制,很好地防止了零件出现起皱、变薄及拉裂等缺陷,减少了拉深次数,降低了成本。In the deep drawing process of sheet metal,the blank holder device has great influence on the optimization of deep drawing process and the quality of deep drawing parts.Therefore,the relationship formula between blank holder force and stroke(drawing depth)in the deep drawing process was derived,and a hydraulic blank holder device was designed to optimize the deep drawing process according to the relationship formula.Then,the hydraulic blank holder device drove the gear to rotate to change the setting value of relief valve to change the blank holder force by rack and pinion structures,and the blank holder force was controlled dynamically.Considering the defect that the segmented blank holder was easy to produce bump marks of part in the seam of segmented blank holder,the S-shaped seam was designed,and according to the theoretical formula,a simple and practical blank holder device of deep drawing was designed.For the deep drawing parts with complicated drawing process,the blank holder forces at different positions and stages of part during the deep drawing process were effectively controlled to prevent the parts from wrinkling,thinning and cracking etc.and reduce the number of deep drawing and the cost.
