摘 要:为了适应压簧零件实际生产的技术要求和结构特点,进行多工位级进模具的排样设计。根据压簧零件的结构特点,排样采用单排结构设计,送料定距采用先侧刃粗定位、后导正销精定位。选取导正孔的设计,以确保零件本身的圆孔位置,进而确保板料在冲裁、折弯时的强度,以及送料精度。压簧零件多工位级进模具采用顺装结构,使得工件与废料自然分离,有利于减少人工成本。同时,为了满足压簧零件的精度要求,合理地设计了空工位,以确保其成形精度。生产结果表明,压簧零件多工位级进模具能够满足产品的生产要求。该模具的材料利用率高达87.5%,极大地节省了材料。To adapt the technical requirements of practical production and the structural characteristics of pressure spring part,the layout design of multi-position progressive die was conducted.According to the structural characteristics of pressure spring part,the layout was designed as a single row structure,and the fixed distance of feeding was determined by the side blade rough positioning and the rear guide pin precise positioning.The guide hole was designed to ensure the position for round hole of the part itself,the strength of sheet metal during punching and bending process and the feeding accuracy.The multi-station progressive die for pressure spring part was designed as the structure pushing down the part to make the workpiece and the waste material separate naturally and reduce the labor cost.At the same time,in order to meet the accuracy requirements of the pressure spring part,the empty station was reasonably designed to ensure the forming accuracy.The production results show that the multi-position progressive die of the pressure spring part meets the requirements of the product,and the material utilization rate of the die is as high as 87.5%to save the material greatly.
