摘　　要：On December 19,2020,the anual conference of the Civil Law Research Association of China Law Society was held.The conference was hosted by Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics.Yin Jianye,Member of the Standing Committee of CPC Jiangxi Provincial Committee,and Secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs of Jiangxi Province,Wang Liming,Vice President of the China Law Society and President of the Civil Law Research Association of China Law Society,and Deng Hui,President of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches.
