摘　　要：为了满足医生在微波消融治疗前能够精准的控制消融剂量,减少对组织的伤害又能达到完全消融的目的。因此设计了一款肿瘤微波热消融精准治疗计划软件系统,系统主要包含治疗模块、仿真模块,多参数术中疗效评估模块。软件弥补了不足的同时保留了操作简单,界面简洁易上手的优点,还完成了精准消融的目的。实验表明,该软件通讯顺畅、延迟小,可以满足0-100W、0-30min不同剂量的任意调节,实现温度、近红外光学参数的实时采集、计算、显示与存储,传输速率可达9600bps。达到降低微波消融手术治疗的难度,提高消融治疗后的患者的手术生存质量。In order to satisfy the doctor’s ability to accurately control the ablation dose before the microwave ablation treatment, reduce the damage to the tissue and achieve the goal of complete ablation. Therefore, a precision treatment planning software system for tumor microwave thermal ablation was designed. The system mainly includes a treatment module, a simulation module, and a multi-parameter intraoperative curative effect evaluation module. The software makes up for the shortcomings while retaining the advantages of simple operation, simple and easy-to-use interface, and completes the purpose of precise ablation. Experiments show that the software has smooth communication and low delay, can meet the arbitrary adjustment of 0-100 W, 0-30 min different doses, realizes real-time collection, calculation, display and storage of temperature and near-infrared optical parameters, and the transmission rate can reach 9600 bps. It can reduce the difficulty of microwave ablation surgery and improve the quality of life of patients after ablation.
