摘  要:目的:设计一款基于智能手机的小型电化学分析仪,以实现对不同浓度的葡萄糖溶液的定量检测。方法:通过还原氧化石墨烯对工作电极表面进行功能化,制备了高灵敏度的葡萄糖传感器。采用LMP91000传感芯片设计而成的恒电位仪模块为传感器提供特定的激励信号并将测得的实验结果无线传输到智能手机上。采用智能手机进行数据处理和浓度计算,并将检测结果显示在智能手机APP中。结果:实验表明,小型电化学分析仪与铁氰化钾浓度在宽动态范围内呈现良好的线性关系(R2=0.987);使用还原氧化石墨烯对工作电极功能化后,葡萄糖浓度与稳态电流呈良好的线性关系(R2=0.983),灵敏度达169.32mA/M·cm-2,检出限为0.19mM。结论:该仪器用于葡萄糖定量检测时具有较高的灵敏度和准确性。Objective: A smartphone-based miniaturized electrochemical analyzer(SMEA) was designed to quantitatively detect glucose solution under different concentrations. Methods: The surface of the working electrode was functionalized by reduced graphene oxide(rGO) to prepare a glucose sensor with highly sensitivity. The potentiostat module designed with the LMP91000 sensor chip provides a specific excitation signal for the sensor and transmits the detected experimental results to the smart phone wirelessly. The smartphone is used for data processing and concentration calculation, and the detection results are displayed in the application. Results: The experimental results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the SMEA and the concentration of potassium ferricyanide in a wide dynamic range(R2=0.987). After functionalizing the electrode with rGO, the glucose concentration showed a good linear relationship with the steady-state current(R2 = 0.983) with a sensitivity of 169.32 mA/M·cm-2 and a limit of detection of 0.19 mM. Conclusion: The SMEA has high sensitivity and accuracy in the quantitative detection of glucose.
