摘 要:利用PumpLinx软件,耦合标准k-ε湍流模型和Singhal全空化模型,对外啮合齿轮泵进行CFD数值仿真,分析齿轮安装中心距、负载压力、液压油含气率对齿轮泵流量特性的影响。结果表明:随着安装中心距的增大,齿轮泵困油现象得到缓解,但流量脉动系数明显增大;随着负载压力的升高,齿轮泵的平均输出流量小幅下降,流量脉动则呈现出明显下降趋势;完全溶解在液压油中的空气也会对外啮合齿轮泵的流量特性造成不利影响,当液压油含气率上升时,流量脉动显著增加。By using PumpLinx software,coupling standard k-εturbulence model and Singhal full cavitation model,CFD numerical simulation of an external gear pump was conducted to analyze the effects of gear installation center distance,load pressure and air content of the hydraulic oil on flow characteristics of the gear pump.The results show that,with the increase of installation center distance,the“trapped-oil”phenomenon in the gear pump is alleviated,but the flow pulsation coefficient rises obviously.With the increase of load pressure,the average output flow of the gear pump decreases slightly,and yet the flow pulsation shows an obvious downward trend.The air completely dissolved in the hydraulic oil also has adverse effect on flow characteristics of the external gear pump,and the flow pulsation increases significantly with the rising air content in the hydraulic oil.
