摘　　要：目的:探讨新冠肺炎疫情期间小儿神经内科总住院医师在专科进修医生培养中的作用。方法:分析重庆医科大学附属儿童医院神经内科总住院医师作为科室主任助手,在COVID-19疫情期间,参与进修医生培养工作中的管理方法。结果:总住院医师在专科进修医生管理过程中担任重要角色,在进修医生岗前培训、教学工作安排及科研指导工作中起重要的协调作用。结论:总住院医师在进修医生培养工作中起重要作用。Objective:To explore the role of chief resident of pediatric neurology in cultivating of advanced training physician.Methods:To analyze the management methods of the chief resident as the assistant of the department director in the Department of Neurology of Children's Hospital affiliated to Chongqing Medical University,who participated in the training of doctors during the COVID-19 epidemic.Results:Chief resident plays an important role in the management of advanced training physicians,participating in the pre-service training,teaching arrangement and scientific research guidance.Conclusions:The role of chief resident of pediatric neurology in cultivating of advanced training physician is very important.
