摘　　要：异构骨架材质为ZL104,内腔结构复杂。根据其结构特点,采用手工造型砂型铸造方法对铸造工艺进行设计。通过实际生产验证,铸件内、外部质量达到技术指标的要求,获得了合格的铸件,证明了工艺方案的合理性和可行性。The heterogeneous skeleton made of ZL104 has complex internal cavities.According to its technical requirements and structure characteristics,the manual sand mold casting method was adopted and the casting process was designed.The actual production was performed to validate the rationality and feasibility of the process scheme.The testing results indicate that the internal and surface quality of the castings can meet the requirements of the technical indicators,and the qualified castings have been obtained.
