基于居民感知的旅游扶贫效应研究——以广东省怀集县桥头镇为例

摘　　要：运用问卷调查和访谈法分析怀集县桥头镇旅游扶贫对当地居民的感知效应,结果表明:(1)当地居民对旅游扶贫的三个主要效应的感知强度各有不同,其中对于经济、文化效应感知较明显,而环境效应的感知度较低。(2)在居民参与意愿与态度方面,85.2%的居民对实行旅游扶贫持赞成意见,对旅游扶贫政策信任度高,但对当地旅游发展现状满意度不高,且对旅游扶贫参与意愿不高。(3)该旅游地贫困人口的劳动水平较低,政府对当地居民的旅游扶贫政策知识普及度不够;当地旅游发展规划未完善,旅游景区的宣传力度不足。(4)建议当地实行政府主导旅游发展战略,努力打造旅游扶贫产业带,以产业发展促进脱贫;改善贫困人口的能力状况,鼓励居民参与旅游发展,提高参与能力;科学编制规划,注重资源保护与开发,充分挖掘文化特色,以实现居民脱贫致富。Using questionnaire survey and interview methods to analyze the perceived effects of tourism poverty alleviation on local residents in Qiaotou Town,Huaiji County,the results show that:(1)Local residents have different perceptions of the three main effects of tourism poverty alleviation.The perception of cultural effects is more obvious,while the perception of environmental effects is low.(2)In terms of residents’willingness and attitude to participate in tourism,85.2%of residents support the implementation of tourism poverty alleviation and have a high degree of trust in tourism poverty alleviation policies,but they are not satisfied with the current situation of local tourism development and are not willing to participate in tourism poverty alleviation.(3)The labor level of the poor population in this tourist destination is relatively low,and the government’s lack of knowledge of local residents’tourism poverty alleviation policies;the local tourism development plan is not perfect,and the promotion of tourist attractions is insufficient.(4)It is recommended that the local government implement a government-led tourism development strategy,strive to create a tourism poverty alleviation industry belt,promote poverty alleviation through industrial development;improve the ability of the poor,encourage residents to participate in tourism development,and increase their participation capabilities;scientifically formulate plans with focus on resource protection and development,and fully excavate cultural characteristics,so as to realize the residents’poverty alleviation and prosperity.
