健脾益肾举陷汤联合西医常规治疗Ⅱ型重症肌无力的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察健脾益肾举陷汤联合西医常规治疗Ⅱ型重症肌无力(MG)的临床疗效。方法将60例Ⅱ型MG患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组30例予西医常规治疗,治疗组30例在对照组基础上联合健脾益肾举陷汤治疗。2组均治疗6个月后统计疗效,比较2组治疗前后MG定量评分表(QMGS)评分及MG日常生活量表(MG-ADL)评分变化情况,比较2组治疗期间激素相关不良反应消化道症状、呼吸系统感染、多汗、失眠、血压升高、血糖升高及体质量增加>5 kg发生情况。结果治疗组总有效率96.7%(29/30),对照组76.7%(23/30),治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后QMGS评分及MG-ADL评分与本组治疗前比较均明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗期间激素相关不良反应消化道症状、呼吸系统感染、多汗及失眠的发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健脾益肾举陷汤联合西医常规治疗Ⅱ型MG患者临床疗效确切,可明显改善患者临床症状,提高生活质量,减少激素相关不良反应的发生。Objective To observe the clinical study of Jianpi Yishen Juxian Decoction combined with western medicine on typeⅡmyasthenia gravis(MG).Methods Sixty patients with typeⅡMG were randomly divided into 2 groups,the control group(n=30)was treated with conventional western medicine,the treatment group(n=30)was additionally treated with Jianpi Yishen Juxian Decoction on the basis of the control group.The curative effect was counted after the treatment for 6 months in two groups,the MG Quantitative Scoring Scale(QMGS)score and the MG Activity of Daily Living Scale(MG-ADL)score changes were compared before and after treatment between the two groups.Hormone-related adverse reactions,gastrointestinal symptoms,respiratory infection,hyperhidrosis,insomnia,elevated blood pressure,elevated blood glucose,as well as the weight gain exceeds 5 kg were compared during the treatment between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group[96.7%(29/30)vs 76.7%(23/30),(P<0.05)].Compared with before the treatment,the QMGS scores and MG-ADL scores in the two groups after the treatment were significantly lower(P<0.05),and those in the treatment group were lower than the control group(P<0.05);during the treatment period,the incidence of hormone-related adverse reactions,gastrointestinal symptoms,respiratory infections,hyperhidrosis and insomnia in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion It has a definite clinical effect of the using Jianpi Yishen Juxian Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of patients with typeⅡMG,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the life quality,and reduce the occurrence of hormone-related adverse reactions.
