摘  要:河南某金矿尾矿堆存达80万t、品位为0.74 g/t,回收价值较大。为开发二次资源并提高资源利用率,对尾矿样品性质进行了详细分析,并分别开展了超声分散浮选试验、高梯度磁选试验、尼尔森重选试验和浸出试验。试验研究结果表明:尾矿中金主要以裸露半裸露金、碳酸盐包裹金、硫化矿包裹金等形式共存,并且存在一定量的长角粒状和麦粒状颗粒金,尼尔森重选和浸出工艺对该金矿尾矿具有一定的适应性,分别可获得56.21%和85%的回收率指标,研究成果可作为矿山企业生产实践的参考依据。The tailings of a gold mine in Henan Province have been stockpiled up to 800000 tons with a grade of 0.74 g/t,which has a high recovery value.In order to develop secondary resources and improve resource utilization rate,the properties of tailings samples were analyzed in detail,and ultrasonic dispersion flotation test,high gradient magnetic separation test,Nielsen gravity separation test and leaching test were carried out respectively.The results show that the gold in the tailings mainly coexists in the form of naked and semi-naked gold,carbonate wrapped gold and sulfide wrapped gold,and there are a certain amount of long horned grain and wheat grain grain gold.The Nielsen gravity separation and leaching process has a certain adaptability to the tailings of the gold mine,and the recovery rate of 56.21%and 85%can be obtained respectively.The research results can be used as a reference for the production practice of mining enterprises.
