摘 要:健康体适是指人体所具备的能从事日常工作(学习)而不感疲劳同时有余力享受康乐休闲活动乐趣的精力以及能够适应突发状况的能力。其中对其体能的要求包含着肌肉力量、体成分、肌肉耐力、心肺耐力和柔韧性五个方面的指标。通过对5个指标的综合分析,发现身体健康方面存在的问题与不足,从而对增进健康体适能制定出科学合理的运动处方。而体育舞蹈是一个集合艺术表现、运动技术技巧和运动技能的综合性体育项目。在大学开展体育舞蹈课程能够有效地提高学生的体适能水平,促进大学生身心健康水平。Physical fitness refers to the ability of the human body to engage in daily work(study)without fatigue,enjoying the fun of leisure activities and to adapt to unexpected situations.It includes five aspects of body composition,muscle strength,muscle endurance,flexibility and respiration endurance.Through a comprehensive analysis of the five indicators,problems and deficiencies in physical health are found,and a scientific and reasonable exercise prescription is formulated for improving physical fitness.Sports dance is a comprehensive sports project that combines artistic expression with sports technical skills and sports skills.Carrying out a sports dance course at university can effectively improve the fitness level of students,and has a very positive effect on the comprehensive development of the physical and mental health of contemporary college students.
