摘 要:制备了含硅量达到4.0%以上的高硅铁素体球墨铸铁,采用光学显微镜及电子万能拉伸试验机研究了其显微组织及力学性能,并通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)半宽高法测定了其铁素体基体的晶格常数。结果表明:含硅量为4.0%~4.1%时,高硅铁素体球铁的基体组织为全铁素体,石墨数量多、石墨球细小圆整;球铁的抗拉强度达到608~626 MPa,屈服强度为498~519 MPa,屈强比为0.81%~0.83%,伸长率为18%~21%。硅对球铁中铁素体具有显著的固溶强化作用,使铁素体基体的晶格发生畸变,含硅量为4.0%的球铁中铁素体的晶格常数比含硅量为2.6%时的晶格常数减小0.067%。High silicon ferritic ductile iron with silicon content above 4.0% was prepared, and microstructure and mechanical properties of the high silicon ferrite ductile iron were studied by means of optical microscope and electronic universal tensile tester, and the lattice constants of its ferrite matrix were determined by X-ray diffractometer(XRD) half-width height method. The results show that when the silicon content is 4.0%-4.1%, the matrix structure of the high silicon ferritic ductile iron is all ferrite, and the number of graphite is large and the graphite ball is fine and round;the tensile strength of the high silicon ferritic ductile iron is 608-626 MPa, the yield strength is 498-519 MPa, the ratio of yield strength to tensile strength is 0.81%-0.83%, and the elongation is 18%-21%. Silicon has a significant solution strengthening effect on ferrite in the ductile iron, resulting in distortion of the ferrite matrix lattice, and the lattice constant of ferrite of the ductile iron with silicon content of 4.0% is 0.067% lower than that with silicon content of 2.6%.
