摘  要:采用光学显微镜、接触角测量仪、显微硬度计等研究了喷砂预处理对20CrMnMo钢气体渗碳效率及渗层特性的影响。结果表明:在相同的气体渗碳工艺条件下,喷砂预处理对20CrMnMo钢气体渗碳具有明显的催渗效果,有效硬化层深度由1.24 mm增加到1.59 mm,即渗碳效率提高了约30%。同时,喷砂预处理使气体渗碳渗层脆性明显降低。Effect of sand blasting pretreatment on gas carburizing efficiency and carburized layer characteristics of 20 CrMnMo steel was studied by means of optical microscope, contact angle measuring instrument and microhardness meter. The results show that under the same gas carburizing process, the gas carburizing efficiency of the 20 CrMnMo steel can be improved by sand blasting pretreatment, and the effective hardening layer depth is increased from 1.24 mm to 1.59 mm, that is, the carburizing efficiency is increased by about 30%. Meanwhile, the brittleness of the gas carburized layer is obviously reduced by sand blasting pretreatment.
