摘 要:整体煤气化联合循环(IGCC)是当今最引人注目的高效清洁发电技术之一。选取中国华能天津IGCC、美国Tampa IGCC和日本勿来IGCC三座装机容量250MW级的典型IGCC电站进行对比研究。三座IGCC电站均为煤基IGCC,且均以发电为主,在各自国家承担了技术验证及示范的作用。在技术路线方面,三座IGCC电站各具特点,其核心的煤气化装置采用了不同的技术路线,华能天津IGCC和美国Tampa IGCC采用纯氧气化工艺,而日本勿来IGCC采用耗电较少的空气气化工艺。由于采用较小的空分规模,日本勿来IGCC的厂用电率较低,与其他两家相比,机组供电效率可提高2个百分点以上。三座IGCC电站的煤气净化系统和燃气轮机基本类似。在实际运行方面,各电站在运行初期可用率较低,但经过调整后,后期运行趋于稳定,基本达到了预期示范目标,验证了IGCC的可靠性和持久性,其中华能天津IGCC的运行时间更是创造了新的世界纪录。展望未来,IGCC可以向多联产、多原料方向发展。Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle(IGCC) is one of the most attractive high-efficiency clean power generation technologies in the world.Three typical IGCC power stations with installed capacity of250 MW from Huaneng Tianjin IGCC in China,Tampa IGCC in the United States and Nakoso IGCC in Japan are selected for comparative study.All the three IGCC power stations are coal-based IGCC mainly for power generation,and assume the role of technology verification and demonstration in their respective countries.In terms of technology route,the three IGCC power stations have their own characteristics,and different technology routes are adopted for their core coal gasification devices.Huaneng Tianjin IGCC and Tampa IGCC adopt pure oxygen gasification process,while Nakoso IGCC uses air gasification process with less power consumption.Due to the smaller capacity of air separation unit,Nakoso IGCC has a lower power consumption rate,and the power supply efficiency of the units can be increased by more than 2 percentage points compared to the other two IGCC power stations.The three IGCC power stations have similar gas purification systems and gas turbines.In terms of actual operation,the availability of each power station was low at the initial stage of operation,but after adjustment,the later operation tended to be stable,and the expected demonstration objectives were basically achieved,which verified the reliability and durability of IGCC.Among them,the operation time of Huaneng Tianjin IGCC set a new world record.Looking forward to the future,IGCC can be developed towards the direction of poly-generation and multiple raw materials.
