摘 要:1.Introduction Photodetectors are of great importance for a variety of industrial and scientific applications,such as in spectroscopy,solar energy harvesting,thermo-therapy,military detection,and a variety of biochemical sensors[1–5].Nowadays,relatively mature light detectors are mainly based on semiconducting materials including Ga N,In Ga As and Hg Cd Te[6,7],and their light detection capability can reach 1011 Jones.
