摘 要:目的分析四川省妇幼保健院妇科门诊21 776例女性HPV感染趋势变化以及亚型分布。方法统计分析2013年1月1日至2016年12月31日在四川省妇幼保健院妇科门诊部就诊的21 776例女性HPV感染情况及分型。结果在21 776例研究对象中,4 041例HPV检测呈阳性,感染率为18.56%,<25岁年龄组感染率最高。HPV感染中单一感染是主要感染方式(72.70%)。检出率最高的前5位亚型分别为HPV52、16、58、53、81。不同HPV亚型在不同宫颈细胞学病变级别中占比不同,HPV16在HSIL+的检出率高达72.41%。结论分析HPV感染变化趋势以及亚型分布可能会为减少宫颈癌发生提供参考。Objective To analyze the change of HPV infection trend and distribution of genotypes in the gynecological clinic of Sichuan Maternal and Child Health Hospital.Methods HPV infection status and genotypes of 21 776 women who visited the Gynecological Outpatient Department of Sichuan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 1,2013 to December 31,2016 were analyzed.Results Among the 21 776 study subjects, 4 041 cases were positive for HPV,the infection rate was 18.56%,and the infection rate was the highest in the age group less than 25 years old.Single infection was the main mode of infection in HPV infection(72.70%).The top 5 subtypes with the highest detection rate were HPV52,16,58,53,and 81 respectively.Different HPV subtypes accounted for different proportions in different cervical cytological lesions, and the detection rate of HPV16 in HSIL+ was as high as 72.41%.Conclusion To analyze the changing trend of HPV infection and the distribution of genotypes may provide reference for reducing the incidence of cervical cancer.
