摘　　要：针对一批使用年限约15 a的接触器,进行特性参数的离线测试,并统计分析了接触电阻、接触器吸合噪声、吸合及释放时间、开闭状态线圈电感及电阻参数。依据测试结果,进行参数间的关联性分析,为接触器健康状况综合评估、接触器的故障分析以及寿命预测工作提供了数据基础。This paper conducts off-line testing and statistical analysis of the characteristic parameters of a batch of contactors with a service life of about 15 years,including contact resistance,contactor pick-up noise,pull-in and release time,open and close coil inductance and resistance parameters.According to the test results,the correlation analysis between the parameters is carried out,which provides a data basis for the comprehensive evaluation of the contactor’s health status,the failure analysis of the contactor and the life prediction.
