间种不同绿肥对大渡河干暖河谷黄果柑产量及果实品质的影响

摘　　要：为筛选提升大渡河干暖河谷黄果柑果实品质、适宜园区推广的绿肥品种,采用随机区组法,分别对连续两年间种紫云英、紫花苜蓿、毛苕子和白三叶草4种绿肥的黄果柑果实品质指标进行测定.结果表明,4种绿肥均能有效提升黄果柑的果实大小,但不影响黄果柑的果形指数,间种紫云英和紫花苜蓿分别使黄果柑增产约19.4%和10.1%.果实内在品质方面,紫云英使黄果柑果实的出汁率和糖酸比极显著提升,分别提升了约7.5%和11.7%,显著提升VC含量,提升约11.5%,紫云英和紫花苜蓿对黄果柑果实的可溶性固形物含量及可溶性总糖含量的提升效果也达到极显著水平.说明园区间种紫云英和紫花苜蓿能有效提升黄果柑果实的产量及综合品质,其中以紫云英的效果更为显著,因此可以考虑将其作为大渡河干暖河谷黄果柑园区绿肥间种的主要推广品种.(图1表3参25)This study aimed to explore the effects of different green manures on Huangguogan fruit quality and select suitable green manure varieties for promotion in Huangguogan orchards in a dry-warm valley of the Dadu River.In this experiment,Huangguogan was interplanted with four types of green manures(milk vetch,alfalfa,hairy vetch,and white clover)in a random block design for two consecutive years.All four green manures increased the fruit size of Huangguogan but had no effect on the fruit shape index.The interplanting of milk vetch and alfalfa increased the yield of Huangguogan by 19.4%and 10.1%,respectively.In terms of fruit internal quality,interplanting of milk vetch significantly increased the juice yield and sugar-acid ratio of Huangguogan fruit by 7.5%and 11.7%,respectively,and significantly increased the VC content in Huangguogan fruit by 11.5%.The effects of milk vetch and alfalfa on the content of soluble solids and total soluble sugar in Huangguogan fruit were also significant,and the interplanted milk vetch and alfalfa also improved yield and the comprehensive quality of Huangguogan fruit,with the effect of milk vetch being more significant.Therefore,milk vetch and alfalfa can be considered as the main popularizing variety of green manure interplanting in Huangguogan orchards in the drywarm valley of the Dadu River.
