摘  要:生态化学计量是认识植物与环境间养分循环和物质流动的重要渠道,受不同立地因子调控.为揭示不同立地和龄组对巨桉叶C、N、P含量及比值的影响并从化学计量角度筛选适宜巨桉人工林培育的优良立地类型,在四川省巨桉主要引种区选择了77个标准样地采集叶片分析其C、N、P含量及计量比.结果显示,研究区样地可划分为2个小区4个组,6个亚组,17个立地类型.四川省巨桉叶C、N和P含量分别为507.44±23.14、11.08±0.68和1.41±0.13 g/kg;C:N、C:P和N:P分别为46.05±4.66、363.38±43.08和7.88±0.34.立地类型和龄组是巨桉叶化学计量特征的重要影响因素,各龄组叶C、N、P含量及C:N、C:P在不同立地类型间差异显著.同一龄组内,C含量和C:N、C:P在丘陵小区、黄壤组、坡顶台地和坡下部亚组及厚土层类型中分别高于平原小区、紫色土组、坡中上部亚组和中、薄土层类型,N、P含量反之.巨桉生长主要受N限制,且幼龄林和中龄林更严重,近熟林阶段有所缓解.综上,为提升巨桉叶C存储能力和N、P利用效率,可以"丘陵、黄壤、坡顶台地或坡下部、中等至深厚肥沃土层"立地条件为组合进行人工林培育,自幼龄林开始施N肥或引入豆科植物混交以改善土壤养分状况.(图3表6参38)Ecological stoichiometry plays an important role in understanding the nutrient cycle and matter flow between plants and the environment,and is regulated by different site factors.Here,we studied the effects of different site types and age groups on the contents of C,N,P,and stoichiometric ratios in leaves of Eucalyptus grandis in a plantation and selected the best site types that are suitable for cultivating E.grandis in plantations from the viewpoint of stoichiometric characteristics.Seventy-seven standard plots in the major introduction area of a E.grandis plantation in Sichuan were chosen,and the contents of C,N,P,and stoichiometric ratios in leaves were measured.The results showed that the plots in this study were classified into two site type districts,four site type groups,six site type subgroups,and 17 site types.The contents of C,N,and P in the leaves of E.grandis in the Sichuan plantation were 507.44±23.14,11.08±0.68,and 1.41±0.13 g/kg,and the ratios of C:N,C:P,and N:P were 46.05±4.66,363.38±43.08,and 7.88±0.34,respectively.Site type and age group were important factors affecting the stoichiometry of leaves of E.grandis.There were significant differences in the contents of C,N,and P and the ratios of C:N and C:P in leaves among the different site types in each age group.Within the same age group,the content of C and the ratios of C:N and C:P in leaves of E.grandis in the hill site type district,yellow soil site type group,top or lower slope site type subgroup,and thick soil site type were higher than those in the plain site type district,purple soil site type group,middle and upper slope site type subgroup,and medium or thin soil site type,respectively,whereas the contents of N and P in leaves of E.grandis showed the opposite trends.The E.grandis plantation was largely restricted by N in this region,especially in the young and half-mature stands,whereas in the near-mature stand,N was less restrictive.Based on the results,to improve the storage capacity of C and the utilization efficiency of N and P
