摘 要:为探究不同植被类型根际土壤性质的差异,揭示土壤酶活性与物理性质之间的相互关系,通过田间采样,测定土壤容重、含水量和酶活性(过氧化氢酶、蔗糖酶、碱性磷酸酶和脲酶)等指标,分析山西阳泉矿区煤矸石山复垦地不同植被类型根际土壤物理性质和酶活性的季节变化(1、4、7和10月)特征.结果显示:经过人工植被恢复的根际土壤物理性质与酶活性要优于未种植裸地,其中种植在平台的侧柏林的土壤容重最低(1.07 g/cm3);垂柳林根际土壤脲酶和过氧化氢酶活性最强,分别为0.20、0.80 mg g-1h-1,且含水量最高.下边坡混合种植的紫穗槐-高羊茅灌丛根际土壤过氧化氢酶和蔗糖酶活性显著高于上边坡.不同植被类型根际土壤酶活性季节变化特征明显,在土壤水分充足、温度波动小的季节根际土壤酶活性较高.根际土壤酶活性主要受土壤含水量影响.本研究表明垂柳是较侧柏和毛白杨更适用于煤矸石山平台种植的树种,而紫穗槐-高羊茅灌丛在下边坡恢复效果较好,可作为未来植被恢复的参考,促进矸石山生态系统稳定性维持.(图4表4参40)To reveal differences in soil properties and the relationship between soil enzyme activity and physical properties,seasonal changes(January,April,July,and October)in soil physical properties and enzyme activities(catalase,invertase,alkaline phosphatase,and urease)in the rhizosphere under different revegetation types on a reclaimed coal gob pile in the Yangquan mining area,Shanxi,were studied through field sampling by measuring soil bulk density,moisture,and enzyme activities.The results showed that revegetation could improve soil physical properties and soil enzyme activity.Among them,Platycladus orientalis displayed the lowest top soil bulk(1.07 g/cm3),and Salix babylonica exhibited the highest urease(0.20 mg g-1 h-1)and catalase activity(0.80 mg g-1 h-1).For the soil under Amorpha fruticosa–Festuca elata,the catalase and invertase activities on the lower slope were significantly higher than those on the upper slope.The seasonal changes in enzyme activities were obvious,and the enzyme activities were higher in the seasons with sufficient soil moisture and small temperature fluctuations.In this zone,soil enzyme activity was predominantly affected by soil moisture.The S.babylonica plantation at the top slope displayed the best effects on improving soil physical properties and enzyme activities in the rhizosphere,and the shrub of A.fruticosa–F.elata planted on the lower slope showed better effects.These findings can be used as a reference for future reclamations of abandoned coal gob piles and promote the maintenance of ecosystem stability in this region.
