摘  要:随着污泥产量的不断增加,未能妥善处置的污泥会给环境带来许多隐患.污泥厌氧消化技术可使污泥"无害化""减量化""资源化",是污泥处置的主流技术路线之一.但污泥的厌氧消化效率低,限制了该技术的推广应用.利用污泥厌氧发酵罐的回流沼液,对污水处理厂脱水的市政污泥进行酸化预处理,从而提高污泥的产沼气效率.结果表明,污泥厌氧发酵最佳条件为温度35℃,含固率8%,接种量40%;污泥酸化预处理最佳回流比为5%(V/m,回流液/污泥),该条件使污泥上清液的挥发性脂肪酸含量增加了26.14%.根据Gomperzt修正方程拟合结果表明,预处理后的污泥累计产甲烷率为85.53 mL/g,提高了43.96%;厌氧发酵延滞期缩短至2.97 d;最大日产甲烷量为8.81 mL g^(-1)d^(-1).本研究获得了沼液酸化预处理污泥的最佳回流比,成功提高了污泥的产气效率,开发了低成本的污泥酸化预处理工艺,具有一定的工程应用前景.(图5表4参31)With increasing sewage sludge yield,the environmental issues caused by untreated sewage sludge are becoming more severe.Anaerobic digestion(AD)is a conventional method for disposing sewage sludge,which can reduce it to a form that is harmless and recyclable.However,technique extension and application of sewage sludge AD is limited owing to its low degradation efficiency.In this study,leachate from a sewage sludge digester was used in the pretreatment of sewage sludge to enhance the acidification phase and improve the biogas yield efficiency.The optimal AD parameters of sewage sludge total solid(TS)were determined to be 35°C,8%AD content,and 40%inoculum volume.The optimal leachate addition ratio was 5%(V/m,leachate/sewage sludge).Under these conditions,a 26.14%increase in volatile fatty acids(VFAs)was observed.The results of modified Gompertz fitting showed that the cumulative methane production of the sewage sludge was 85.53 mL/g,which was 43.96%higher than that in the general AD condition.Moreover,the lag phase dropped to 2.97 d and the highest daily methane production was 8.81 mL g^(-1)d^(-1)after pretreatment.This study successfully showed an increase in sewage sludge AD efficiency by using leachate with an optimal recirculation rate.Therefore,leachate pretreatment is a promising method for reducing the cost of sewage sludge pretreatment.
