摘 要:研究目的:为了分析土压平衡盾构施工产生的渣土特性及其应用,通过开展室内黏性土和细砂的渣土改良试验,研究了黏性土和细砂的坍落度值随膨润土泥浆配合比的变化规律;并结合当前绿色地铁施工理念,提出了盾构渣土的综合应用及绿色渣土应用。研究结论:(1)膨润土泥浆改良后的黏性土和细砂具有明显的流动塑性;随着膨润土泥浆配合比的减小,渣土的黏聚性减小,改良后渣土的坍落度明显增大;(2)低配合比的膨润土泥浆改良细砂,细砂坍落度值呈先快速增加后缓慢增加的趋势;高配合比的膨润土泥浆改良细砂,细砂的坍落度值呈不断增加趋势;(3)响应绿色环保地铁施工理念,盾构渣土的综合利用逐渐转向为绿色利用,包括绿色盾构施工、绿色建筑材料、绿色工业生产、绿色城市建设等领域;(4)本研究结果可为地铁盾构安全施工和渣土综合绿色利用提供一定参考。Research purposes: In order to analyze the characteristics of shield muck produced by the earth pressure balance(EPB) shield construction and its application, by carrying out indoor soil improvement tests for cohesive soil and fine sand, the slump value change law of cohesive soil and fine sand was studied with different mix ratio of bentonite slurry. Meanwhile, combined with the current concept of green subway construction, the comprehensive application and green application of shield muck are proposed.Research conclusions:(1) The cohesive soil and fine sand improved by bentonite slurry have obvious flow plasticity. With the reduction of bentonite slurry mix ratio, the cohesion of improved shield muck decreases, and the slump of improved shield muck increases obviously.(2) The slump value of fine sand improved by low mix ratio of bentonite slurry shows a trend of rapid increase and then slow increase;and the slump value of fine sand improved by high mix ratio of bentonite slurry shows an increasing trend.(3) The comprehensive utilization of shield muck is gradually turning to green utilization, including green shield construction, green building materials, green industrial production, green city construction and other fields in response to the conception of green environmental protection subway construction.(4) The research results can provide a certain reference for the safe construction of subway shield and the comprehensive green utilization of shield muck.
