某低品位含砷金矿浮选试验研究

摘  要:某含砷金矿石中金品位较低,金含量为0.80g/t,而砷含量较高为0.37%。砷以毒砂形式存在,是最主要的有害元素。金矿物粒度细、包裹体含量低、与硫化物共生密切,因此有利于抑制砷选金的浮选工艺回收金。采用粗选2次、精选2次的浮选流程,浮选时以石灰和水玻璃为调整剂、丁基黄药和丁胺黑药为捕收剂,在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占88.5%条件下,获得了金品位为23.38g/t、金回收率为83.25%的金精矿。The grade of gold in the gold ores is low,with Au-content of 0.80 g/t and with higher As-content of 0.37%.Arsenic is the most damaging element occurs in arsenopyrite.The gold mineral are of fine particle size,with low content of inclusion and intergrowth with sulfide,which are favorable for inhibiting arsenic and recycling gold by flotation.2 times of rougher flotation and 2 times of cleanings are adopted in the flotation process.Lime and water glass are adjustment agent,and sodium butyl xanthate and butyl dithiophosphate are used as collector in flotation.A gold concentrate with a gold grade of 23.38 g/t and a recovery rate of 83.25%can be recovered under the condition of grinding fineness of-0.074mm accounting for 88.5%.The rate of the recovery of fine gold is 83.25%.
